How can you be innovative in an industry where everything is innovative? Sweden has a good reputation, but is it enough in the global innovation race?
Sofie Lindblom is former global innovation manager at Spotify, named one of Sweden’s 100 most powerful and one of Europe’s 50 most inspiring women. In her lectures, Sofie gives you the tools to start building tomorrow’s business. She has a background as a civil engineer in Media Technology from Linköping University. She is an advocate for daring to test the wings in other parts of the world and has herself lived in Singapore, France, Australia and San Francisco.
During the last ten years, she has driven innovation processes both within established companies and as an entrepreneur in newly started companies. Among other things, Sofie was head of innovation at Spotify during an intense growth phase and has helped companies such as H&M and Electrolux with their innovation efforts. She has also founded and was CEO of ideation360, which develops a digital platform for collecting ideas. In 2020, she jumped on her second company trip as product manager for SPCE with the goal of developing the world’s first digital salesroom to reduce business travel after the pandemic.
